A state-of-the-art experience zone was set up at the Powergrid Academy of Leadership (PAL) in Manesar, Haryana. With the aim of training employees who do not have relevant site experience, the experience zone provides participants with an immersive learning experience by teleporting them to the virtual plant environment. The zone greatly helps in training fresh recruits, interns, apprentices, and visitors from customer organizations, government departments, funding agencies, etc.
